Feasibility studies

Prior to the implementation of an investment plan, investors want to have an understanding of the opportunities and risks regarding the proposed investment, the required resources, prospects of success in terms of profitability, and -in case of a social venture- its impact. Techniques include SWOT and cost-benefit analysis. Results are presented through the indicators: payback period, internal rate of return (IRR) and net present values (NPV).
